Roger Dale “Bucky” Naylor, Jr., 29, died Sunday, November 15, 2015, as a result of a tragic accident. Born November 11, 1986, he was the son of Melissa Gale Church Lisk of Mocksville and Patrick Dunn of High Point. “Bucky” worked as a carpenter in residential construction with Mid-State Modular Homes.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fiance’, Felicia Potter; one son, Blaze Smith, of Cooleemee; four daughters: Kaydence Cook of Salisbury, Alicia Gail Naylor of Salisbury, Mattilyn Potter of Mocksville, and Alysa Rose Naylor of Cooleemee; three brothers: Anthony J. “A.J.” Outen of Holden Beach, Jason B. Buchanan of Salisbury, and Patrick J. Dunn, V of Trinity; and one sister, Erika Lee Dunn of Trinity; and a grandmother, Dorothy Toler. He was preceded in death by grandparents and one sister, Christine Nichole Naylor.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 12:00 noon Saturday, November 21, at Davie Funeral Service Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to Davie Funeral Service to help offset final expenses, or to a charity of donor’s choice.
