Michael Blaine Spaugh

Michael Blaine Spaugh, 47, of Wilmington, NC, passed away unexpectedly on August 25, 2020 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC.

Michael was born February 15, 1973 in Davie County, NC to Paul D. Spaugh and Sarah Edith (Robbins) Spaugh. Michael is preceded in death by his nephew Zachary Wayne Spaugh.

In life Michael attended Davidson Community College and graduated with the class of 1995, later he became a contractor and worked in the residential and commercial construction industry.

Michael is survived by a daughter Sarah Ashley Spaugh of Advance, NC, a brother David Wayne Spaugh (Stacy) of Lexington, NC, nephews Daniel Lee Spaugh and David W. Spaugh JR of Lexington, NC, and a granddaughter Ella Maxine Spaugh of Advance, NC.

A visitation for Michael will be held Monday August 31, 2020 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM in the Davie Funeral Home Chapel in Mocksville, NC, a memorial service will follow at 7:30 PM in the Davie Funeral Home Chapel in Mocksville, NC. Officiating the service will be Pastor Chris Williams.
