Master Walter Glen Allen

Our hearts are broken to announce that young Walter Glen Allen, age 2, returned to be with his Heavenly Father from Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home on Sunday, February 10, 2019, following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Forsyth County on April 6, 2016, and was the precious son of Richard G. Allen and Naomi Virginia Allen of Mocksville.

We know that God makes no mistakes and we can be assured that little Walter will be awaiting his family to join him in his home in Heaven. In addition to his parents, there are three sisters, Heather, Alaina and Karrie Allen, all of the home; and his grandparents, Walter Allen III, Leanne Allen and Glen Dale Allen, all of Mocksville, and Shelia Kay Smith of Lewisville.

The visitation with family and friends will be Tuesday from 7:00 until 9:00 PM at Davie Funeral Chapel. The service to celebrate the short time little Walter was on earth with us will be Wednesday at 2:30 PM in the Davie Funeral Chapel with Pastor Darrell Cox of Trinity Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow in the Rose Cemetery in Mocksville.
