Linda Bodenheimer Crawford

Linda Bodenheimer Crawford, 71, of Advance, passed away on July 22, 2019 at her home while under hospice care.

Linda was born September 23, 1947 in Forsyth County, a daughter to the late Verlin Sanford Bodenheimer and Lenora Barlow-Bodenheimer. She attended and graduated from East Forsyth High School. She later married Charles Evans Crawford; they were married for 54 years until Charles’ death. Linda was preceded in death by both of her parents, her husband Charles, her son Christopher Shane Crawford, brother Kenneth Bodenheimer and two sisters, Shirley Smith and Karen Sue Spillman.

In life, Linda worked at Lucky Four Kennels for 30 years. She was of the Baptist faith and in her leisure time, she enjoyed taking trips with her dear friend Edna.

Linda is survived by a loving family, including her daughters Tammy Crawford and Heather Crawford of Advance, her grandchildren Elizabeth Wright (Vaughn), Charlie Marie Colbert and Grace Lynn Roesch, and her great-grandchildren Landon Christopher Wright and Jaelynn Mae Wright.
