Lauretta Teresa (Perron) Paquin

Lauretta Teresa (Perron) Paquin, 90, of Mocksville, NC entered her heavenly home on October 14, 2020 at Davie Rehab in Mocksville.

Lauretta was born on November 2, 1929 in Glover, VT to the late Elie Perron and Emma (Lavurtue) Perron.  In addition to her parents, Lauretta is preceded in death by her husband Patrick Paquin and a brother Jules Perron.

In life Lauretta was a homemaker, a Christian, and a dedicated wife and mother.  She met and married her husband Patrick Paquin in November of 1949.  Lauretta attended church at Agape Faith Church in Clemmons, NC.

Lauretta is survived by a son Allen Mark Paquin of Mocksville, NC, daughters Linda Mary Gerhard (William) of Advance, NC and Barbara Ann Powell of Montana, 3 sisters Gladys, Janette, and Simonn of Canada, 5 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.

A visitation for Lauretta will be held Saturday October 17, 2020 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Davie Funeral Service of Mocksville’s Chapel.  The funeral service will be held Sunday October 18, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Davie Funeral Service of Mocksville.  Lauretta will be laid in her final resting place at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery.  Officiating the service is Pastor Dave Richardson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Samaritans Purse.
