Katheryn "Annette" Young

   Katheryn “Annette” Young, age 52 of Salisbury, North Carolina entered her heavenly home on July 15, 2023.

   Annette, as she was so lovingly known as, was born on September 5, 1970, in Davie County.  She was the daughter of Regina Olivia (Young) Applegate.  Annette was preceded in death by her loving grandparents Wanye and Katheryn Young, an aunt, Kathy Robertson, and two uncles Kerley and Terry Young.

   In life, Annette graduated from Salisbury Business School and earned an associate degree.  She was also a member of Heaven Bound Full Gospel Church.  Annette is survived by her mother Regina Olivia (Young) Applegate of Mocksville, and her many uncles Jan Young, Steve Young, Kim Young (Sheila), and Gary Robertson (Felisa).

   Visitation and service will be held at Davie Funeral Service of Mocksville with visitation beginning at 12:00 pm and service at 1:00 pm on July 21, 2023, with Pastor James Ward officiating.  Annette will be laid to rest in Rose Cemetery.
