John Michael Turner

John Michael Turner, 66, passed peacefully on May 14, 2020 at his residence in Advance, NC.

John was born May 30, 1953 in Washington, DC to the late Merle Turner and Ressie Elizabeth (Dellinger) Turner. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother Merle Jr and a sister Mary E Turner.

In life John attended school in Virginia and was a truck driver for R.L. Turner Trucking Co. He was a tough man and loved spending time with his family.

John is survived by his loving wife Carol Yarborough, son's John Michael Turner Jr Haase -Wife (Lesa), Benjamin Curtis Turner Wife -(Serena), Robert Curtis, Joshua Aaron Penland, Daughters Peggy Sue Morgan Husband - (Andrew),Lisa Carrie Turner,  Amber Sue Kilmer, God daughters Lillian Ratcliff and Christina Fortini,brother Donald Turner, sister Grace Ellen Turner , grandchildren Ashley Lynn, Kendall Lynn, Tyrell Kay, Makayla Anne, Camille Nicole, Cameron Kareem, Liberty Ann, Robert Jacob, Joshua Aaron Jr., Johnny Mike, Bobby Chase, Kayden Allen Felts, Nevaeh Louise Irene Kilmer, Nathaniel George Gabriel Kilmer.

Services for John have not been set at this time.
