Jerry Dean Baker

   Jerry Dean Baker, age 68 of Lexington, North Carolina passed away on September 15, 2023, at Hinkle Hospice in Davidson County.

   Jerry was born on July 23, 1955, in Davidson County.  He was the son of the late Harry Allen Baker and Louise (Foster) Baker.  In addition to his mother and father, Jerry was preceded in death by his son Scottie Dean Baker.

   In life, Jerry attended schools in Davidson County.  He honored our country and served in the military.  Later, he chose a career in the transportation industry where he drove trucks for 30 years, until he retired.  Jerry is survived by his ex-wife and friend Diane Baker, a brother Larry Baker, grandchildren Zachary Winters, Chelsea Diaz, Martina Baker, and Michael Mize, and two great grandchildren Addy and Logan Diaz.

   There will not be any services at this time.
