Donna Smith Obituary

Donna Ruth Smith, 62, of Spencer, NC passed away on January 2, 2021 at Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury, NC.

Donna was born on April 24, 1958 in Patrick, VA. She was the daughter of the late David Thomas Smith and Madeline Ruth (Howell) Smith.

In life Donna graduated from Patrick County High School with the class of 1977. Donna also honored our country and served in the United States Coast Guard. Donna is survived by her best friend Mary T. Hilton.

Burial services for Donna will be held at the Salisbury National Cemetery at a later time and date. Announcements will be updated soon.
