Dianne Bell (Cleveland) Roberts

   Dianne Bell (Cleveland) Roberts, 67, of Salisbury, NC, entered her heavenly home on September 20, 2021 from The Laurels of Salisbury in Rowan County.

   Dianne was born on December 27, 1953 in Davie Co., NC.  She was the daughter of the late Herman Cleveland and Louise (Kemp) Cleveland.  In addition to her parents, Dianne was preceded in death by her husband, Clerence Haywood Roberts, brothers, Gordon Cleveland and Michael Cleveland, and a sister, Anne Lee Cleveland.

   In life, Dianne graduated from Davie High School with the class of 1965.  She married Clerence Roberts and raised one daughter.  Dianne worked in the pressing department for Montlay Shirt Co. until she retired.  Dianne was a God fearing woman who loved her church, Fair Field Baptist Church.  She was a member of the choir, loved church luncheons, and enjoyed yardwork.

   Dianne leaves behind to cherish her memory; a daughter, Tilea Rhodes (Brandon) of Salisbury, two brothers, Erick Cleveland of Salisbury and Henry Cleveland (Alice) of Woodleaf, a sister, Audrey Cleveland of Salisbury, and one grandchild, Devonte Gray, who will all miss her dearly.

   A visitation for Dianne will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm at Davie Funeral Service of Mocksville.  A memorial service will also be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 at Davie Funeral Service of Mocksville at 3:00 pm.  The service will be officiated by Pastor Marcus Williams.
