Colleen Shore Ball

Colleen Shore Ball, 80, passed away Saturday, October 19, 2024 at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center.

She was born July 29, 1944 in Yadkin County, NC, to the late Isaac “Leo” Shore and Esther Refina O’Mara Shore.

Colleen worked as a CNA/Med Tech in the Health Care Industry.  She was of the Baptist Faith.  She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with others.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Melissa Ball; her sister, Carolyn Robbins; two brothers, Ray Shore, Floyd Shore; and a grandson, Ricky Whitaker Jr.

Survivors include her two daughters, Melinda Ball Smith (Carl), Mechelle Ball Harrison (Michael); two brothers, Harold Shore, Ronald Shore; five grandchildren, Zachary Smith, Austin Whitaker, Kaitlyn Concepcion, Lexy Ball, Corey Treglia; six great grandchildren, Daya Ball, Ivan Whitaker, Violet Concepcion, Willow Concepcion, Isaiah Whitaker, and Ivy Concepcion on the way.

The family will have a Celebration of Life Memorial Service at Davie Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at 3:00pm.
