Cody Bryan Wilson

   Cody Bryan Wilson, 28, of Ocean Isle Beach, NC, entered his heavenly home on February 5, 2021 at his residence in Brunswick County.

   Cody was born August 10, 1992 in Forsyth County, NC.  He was the son of Donna Carol (Hardee) Wilson and the late Charles Jeffrey Wilson.  In addition to his father, Cody is preceded in death by his grandparents Bill and Dorothy Jean Wilson.

   In life Cody attended Brunswick county schools.  He was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Jennies Branch Baptist Church.  In Cody’s free time he enjoyed watching Food Network, race cars, and motorcycles.

   Cody is survived by his loving mother Donna Wilson (Step-father Donnie Morton), aunts Pam Boone (uncle- Randy) and Cindy Johnson, his twin brother Bradley Wilson, a sister Britani Phillips (brother-in-law David), a niece Violet Phillips, a grandmother Carolyn Hardee, cousin Dakota Johnson, and a host of cousins and aunts and uncles on the Wilson side, too.

   A memorial service for Cody will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday February 12, 2021 at Jennie’s Branch Baptist Church.  A graveside service for Cody will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday February 13, 2021 at Forbush Baptist Church Cemetery.

   The family requests that no flowers be sent but encourage balloons at the graveside service for a balloon release.
