Charles Allen Walker, Jr.

Charles Allen Walker, Jr., 63, of Salisbury  NC entered his heavenly home on October 17, 2021 from Accordius Health Care in Rowan County.

   Charles was born on October 27, 1957 in Rowan County, NC.  He was the son of Betty (Wiseman) Walker and the late Charles Allen Walker, Sr.  In addition to his father, Charles was preceded in death by his grandmother, Grace W. Hyman and his grandfather, Willie Hyman.

   In life, Charles graduated from the Salisbury school district. Later, he began a career in the cleaning business doing janitorial work for 10 plus years, until he retired.  Charles attended church at White Rock Church in Granite Quarry.  Things he enjoyed were; going to movies, walking, listening to music, and he especially loved food.

   Charles leaves behind to cherish his memory; his mother, Betty Walker, his dear aunt, Rebecca Faggart of Mocksville, along with many other aunts and uncles.

   A visitation for Charles will be held on Sunday, October 24, 2021 from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm at Davie Funeral Service of Mocksville.  A memorial service for Charles will follow visitation at 3:00 pm, also, at Davie Funeral Service of Mocksville.  Pastor Charlene Jones will officiate the service.

   In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Diabetes Association in memory of Charles.
