Carol Ann (Padgett) Murph

Carol Ann (Padgett) Murph, 63, of Mocksville, NC, passed away at Novant Rowan Medical in Salisbury, NC.

Carol was born on January 2, 1958 in Davie County.  She was the daughter of the late Ralph Padgett and Pauline (Hellard) Padgett.  In addition to her parents, Carol is preceded in death by a grandchild, Austin Lee Robertson. She was also preceded 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Her brothers were: Barry Padgett and Dennis Padgett. Her sisters were: Bonnie Padgett and Beverly Perkins.

In life, Carol graduated from West Rowan High School. Later in life, Carol became a CNA 1 and then became a CNA 2 where she worked at Rowan Regional Medical Center, until she retired. 

Carol enjoyed spending time with her family. Carol loved her husband, her daughter, and her grandchildren very much. In Carol's spare time, she loved to read. 

On December 16, 1978 Carol married the love of her life, Michael Everette Murph at Needmore Baptist Church in Woodleaf, North Carolina. Carol was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Needmore Baptist Church.

Carol leaves behind to cherish her memory; a loving husband, Michael Murph, a daughter, Holly Marie Robertson and fiancee Michael Wayne Hester. She also leaves behind 2 grandchildren, Christain Michael Robertson and Michael Dean Hendrix Jr. Carol also leaves behind her best friend, Robin Reavis. Carol also leaves behind many nieces and nephews to cherish her memory.  Carol also leaves behind her special dog, Rocky.

The family will be meeting throughout the time at the residence of Michael Murph.
