Barbara Jewell Irvine Knarr, 90, passed away Friday, February 23, 2024 at SECU Hospice Care of Yadkinville.

Mrs. Knarr was born in Pocahontas County, West Virginia on April 12, 1933, to the late Lonnie Walter Alderman and Evelyn Jewell Irvine Alderman.

She was proceeded in death by her parents and her husband, James Joseph Knarr.

She worked as a factory worker in the textile industry.

She is survived by her daughter, Lori Knarr.
