Silvestre Aguilar-Carrillo

Mr. Silvestre Aguilar-Carrillo, 88, passed away Sunday, November 11, 2018, at his home in Salisbury. Born in Mexico on November 23, 1929, he had been a permanent resident in the United States for many years. He was a farmer and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Salisbury.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Marie Carman Rico-Gonzalez; one son, ReFugio Aguilar-Rico and wife, Marie, of Salisbury; two daughters, Marie Aguilar-Rico of Salisbury and Ana Aguilar-Rico of Mexico; nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday November 15, 2018 at 11:00am in Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Salisbury, NC, with Reverand Father John Eckart officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.  Condolences may be posted online at www.daviefuneralservice.com.
