Ruby Lee (Freeman) Furr Williams, 95, of Mocksville, NC, passed away April 12, 2019 at her residence.

Ruby was born April 24, 1923 in Rowan County, NC, the daughter of the late Sanford and Cora (Gales) Freeman. She was also preceded in death by brothers Barley, Tom, Floyd, and Luther; sisters Mae, Minie, And Edna; son David Lee Furr; Several nieces and nephews.

Survivors include her loving husband of 50 years Raymond "Ed" Edgar Williams; son Richard Furr of Lexington, NC; daughters Janet Perry of Thomasville, NC, and Glenda Meadows(Herb) of Farmington,NC; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren;seven great great grandchildren;

A Graveside service will be held 4:00 PM, Monday April 15, 2019 at Farmington Community Cemetery, with Pastor Joseph Byler officiating.
