Jean Ellen (Thorne) Snyder

I am Jeans first cousin. She was 9 years older than me an I always looked up to her. I live in Gaston county and for several years I would go and spend a week in the summer with them. One summer when Jean was about 15 we wanted  to go to store. Her parents were not there but a car was.Jean put on her dads coat and her dads hat to disguise herself...because she did not have license and we had to drive by her uncles house on the way out..I can still see her slouched down in the car seat,,Praying for your children and granchildren..Love you..Rest in peace
