Jean Ellen (Thorne) Snyder

Jean Ellen (Thorne) Snyder, 81, died January 20, 2020, at The Laurels of Salisbury.

Jean was born July 12, 1938 in Iredell County, NC, the daughter of the late Bruce and Estelle (Moore) Thorne.

In life Jean attended Cool Springs Schools, she was a homemaker, and enjoyed bowling, tennis, and television.

Survivors include a son Eric Snyder of Cleveland, NC, daughters Beverly Lingle (Kenneth) of Cleveland, NC, Christy Koontz (Josh) of Woodleaf, NC, grandchildren Lerin Mclaren, Jordan Lingle, Tyler Lingle, April Roberts, Mynia Snyder, Ben Koontz, Baylee Koontz, great granddaughter Ella McLaren.

Visitation will be held from 2:00- 3:00PM, Friday January 24, 2020 at Needmore Baptist Church 1620 Mt. Vernon Road Woodleaf, NC. Celebration of life service will begin at 3:00Pm with Pastor Craig Edwards officiating.
