Hilda Mae (Ridenhour) Myers

Hilda Mae Myers, 86, of Mocksville, passed away at her home on October 22, 2019. She was born November 26, 1932 in Frederick County, Virginia, a daughter to the late Floyd Hampton Ridenhour and Bessie Mae Morrison. She later married Allan S. Myers. Hilda was preceded in death by both of her parents, her husband Allan and several brothers and sisters.

In life, Hilda worked for Westinghouse Aerospace in Baltimore, Maryland for over 30 years. In her leisure time, Hilda enjoyed golfing and reading books. She is survived by a large and loving family, including her daughter Constance Purkey (David) of Mocksville, her two step-daughters, her sister Beatrice Gifford of Florida, her sister Katherine Hartley of Virginia, two grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, six step-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
